What are great foods toe eat/cook for a diet to lose weight. What is the ideal workout and how long?
I have been trying to lose weight this summer. I have lost some but I am not satisfied. I need some tips pleas. I think I am eating the right stuff but maybe there are better foods. What are great foods toe eat/cook for a diet to lose weight. What is the ideal workout and how long? Will running do the job?

The Reason is Intense Aerobics and Exercise only burn mainly carbohydrates for energy, not fat tissue. If you over-exert yourself and your breathing and heart rate become too elevated then your body will burn mainly carbohydrates.
However, your goal is NOT To burn Carbohydrate Calories, your goal is to burn stored Body Fat
Here are some of best food to cook at home and eat. Basically our there are 3 types of calories, and which calories are in each type of food that you eat.
