Weight Watchers is a US based multinational company that specializes in providing weight loss products and services. The two famous female singers are Jennifer Hudson and Jessica Simpson who have successfully lost weight due to Weight Watchers.

Each type of food is given a point, and the foods that make you eat enough will point less than those of no nutritional value. This is a program designed to change your lifestyle, helps you eat healthier and more energetic, so you will lose weight and keep your target weight forever.

Weight Watchers says that people who score points can lose 0.5 to 1kg a week. Research shows that these methods of weight loss at this rate will have long-term success.

Is Weight Watchers method effective?
