Does “unprocessed” just limit food in a raw state? And what about if you stir fry or blanch these foods; does that also change it’ “unprocessed-ness?
I am trying to eat foods that would cooperate with a thyroid condition. Bread is out. By understanding what would fit the classification of unprocessed, I want to have a wider view of what I can–and should be eating (for meal planning purposes.)Thanks!
