I am a person who battles my weight I am by no means a small size but on the other hand I am not the largest size either.

What if you DON’t like to excersize and what are good ways to get motivated and enjoy excersize.

My husband is one who is at the gym every day and he is slender. I get discouraged that if I dont see results right away and right now I find every excuse not to excersize.

Does it take a lot of time to loseweight for a healthy stable weight loss? What is a good solid healthy time period to lose over 40 pounds.
