Ask:
I’m 18 (almost 19) and my body is rapidly changing. I recently lost 25 pounds due to a birth control pill and now that I am off it i’ve gained back all of it plus some. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and 18 years old. I am doing strength training at the gym 2 days per week and cardio 2-3 days per week but i need to know how to change my eating habits to lose 20-30 pounds.

I take a wheat grass shot daily! Though it tastes like hell, it’s AMAZINGLY healthy… here are some of the benefits.
– Is a beauty treatment that slows down the aging process when the juice is consumed.
– Restores fertility and promotes youthfulness.
– Neutralizes toxic substances like cadmium, nicotine, strontium, mercury, and polyvinyl chloride.
– Wheat grass juice improves the digestion.
-Wheat grass juice cures acne and even removes scars after it has been ingested for seven to eight months.
– Gargle with wheat grass juice for a sore throat.
– Wheat grass juice keeps the hair from graying
– Rebuilds the bloodstream.
Subway: Veggie delight is really healthy!
Also, this website.. http://www.eatingwell.com/ has a lot
of healthy recipes!
So I suggest subway OR jamba juice when you don’t feel
like cooking. ( Jamba juice now has food! ) 😀
Here is a good eating plan!
Breakfast
Quick Breakfast Taco or Scrambled Eggs.
Orange juice (1 cup)
Choice of fruit. (1 large)
Lunch
Caesar Salad with Roasted Garlic Dressing
Whole-wheat toast (1 slice)
Apricots ( 1 whole )
Snack
Toasted Pita Crisps
Dinner
Small side salad
Turkey & Balsamic Onion Quesadillas
It’s better to eat healthy and have 3 meals a day & a small snack
than not eat at all.. or skip a meal. Best of luck!

well I’m 18 too and I gotta say that as long as you keep working out you should be good. Try cycling, I think its the ultimate work-out.
But if you need an eating plan, do what I do. I cut whatever I eat, in half. If you cut everything you eat in half, you can still eat whatever, but it will obviously be much less. When I used to do that I lost 10 lbs in about 3 weeks? yea, maybe it was two. I can’t really remember since I never needed to lose weight after that, just work out. But I hope this works for you like it did for me.
