I want to lose weight, but i dont know where/how to start?

How to lose weight fast?

Im 29 years old, about 5’8, weigh about 265lbs. After my last child was born I couldnt lose the weight, then gained more. Im not too active and i dont eat well. BUT i want to change everything. Any positive ideas would be great. Thanks.

Honestly the solution is simple stop drinking soda and yes that includes diet soda and zero calorie soda they all have sugar and can be stored as fat just drink water for a 2-4 weeks and eat at least
1,200 calories every day cut out all desserts. Honestly running at your weight is not good the female body was not made to carry such a load.and will break down before it’s time thus you need to go to the gym and ride the elliptical machine and stationary bike every day for 2 hours a fast paced walk is not cardio it does not burn fat if it did people on the biggest loser would walk and then the show would be over to speed up your metabolism you need to lift weights it adds tone and the muscle will eat those energy stores also known as fat for fuel to maintain itself. Also drink at least 1.5 liters of water or else you will get dehydrated while working out then your body will hold moisture then you will be bloated. Work out on a empty stomach this will force body to eat fat as well you need to eat meat so no vegan,diet bullshit just eat at least 1,200 calories of good whole food and you will be fine.
