Heh, sounds like the same problem I have, Lol. I’ll try my best to help :P.

First of all, you need to tell your mother! It may be embarrassing, but you’ll be glad you did, she can help you get better foods, talk to you about it, and relieve stress, and she might even have a few tips of her own. If you don’t tell her, she’ll just continue getting food you shouldn’t be eating.

As for the diet, eliminate sodas, the best beverage you could drink is water, it’s the cheapest and the healthiest. Cut out the greasy and artery clogging foods such as french fries. You’ll be doing you and your heart a favor! Limit foods high in fat or calories. Replace milk with 2% (Or even water) And replace bread with whole-wheat.

Definitely start counting calories! A good intake for you would be 1450 daily (Don’t go under 1200, or over 1900 calories) Get a notebook, and record the calories of EVERYTHING you eat and drink.

Lol, no will-power? Tsk tsk, we’ll have to fix that :P. Start limiting yourself on portions, don’t have seconds. It sounds as if you’re one of the types that eats out of boredom? Well, you should try getting a sugarless gum, (They’re awesome, speed up digestion, and makes you less hungry!) Try not to watch Tv, the commercials make me hungry Lol. After you eat brush your teeth, you won’t be tempted to eat again until the next meal.

You should start eating breakfast too, it speeds up your metabolism, and keeps you from eating everything at lunch!

The weight lifting will tone up your body, maybe you could combine some other exercises with it also, this will help you shed the pounds! You should start doing a daily exercise, such as jumping on a trampoline, jump roping, walking, or riding a bicycle. Make your exercises fun! Exercise with a friend, (That’s what’s good about a trampoline, you don’t have to tell them you’re trying to lose weight :P) You could also just do some basic exercises everyday, such as sit-ups, squats, lunges, or push-ups.

In summary – Cut out foods high in fat, and high in calories. Limit your calorie intake to 1450 and start counting your calories. Make sure to exercise!! Replace unhealthy drinks with water. And tell your mom you want to lose weight! I’d advise you to exercise in the morning too, that way you don’t put it off “Until” the next day. You really should get a trampoline also :P.
