Answer 1:

In Europe, people tend to walk a lot, which should help, but only up to a certain point. Physical activity is an important part of losing weight, but you can’t eat every pastry or croissant in sight and still expect to lose weight even if you walk a lot.

When it comes to weight loss while traveling, three things are crucial: portion control, being aware of what you eat, and keeping well.

For the first, try using a measuring cup and measuring spoons to gauge out what a cup, half a cup, one tablespoon etc. look like in a bowl and on a plate. That way, you have an idea of just how much you’re eating when you’re in Europe, so that you can enjoy trying the local specialties without packing on the pounds. A half-cup of gelato is a tasty treat that isn’t too bad, but bring that up to one or more cups and that’s nearly your daily calorie allotment. You shouldn’t have too much trouble with portion control, as Europeans tend to eat smaller portions than Americans, but that’s changing and so it’s better to be aware.

For the second part, look up the common foods that you expect to encounter in your travels to gain a better idea of what you’ll be putting into your body. Something that tastes light and fresh may not be light on the calories at all. Foods can “hide” calories in the form of oils and butter used to prepare them, as well as in creamy sauces. Don’t let foods that are secretly caloric lead to a surprise on the scale when you get back home.

Last, but not least, stay well. That means keeping hydrated and getting plenty of sleep. Travel can wear out your body and make you feel tired (especially with jet lag), and you might feel the impulse to compensate for that fatigue by eating a lot, which is nothing but a quick fix. As difficult as it might be to do whilst traveling, if you drink plenty of water and get enough sleep every night, you won’t be as inclined to pig out at every meal.

Bon voyage, and make sure you have lots of fun and make some memories!

Answer 2:

Work out is tough, you just need to eat right and maybe do 30 mins of treadmill, jump rope, lunges etc… Don’t stop working out even in every commercial break you can get up and do some bending exercise. Make sure not to eat many carbs and fatty foods, I think it’s a good Idea to stick with more proteins like fish meat etc… If you want to lose weight, do it the right way.. DO NOT starve yourself, if you do ur metabolism just gets slower and u tend to put up more weight in the future… Good luck:)
