Diet plan for 12 year old boy?

Ask:
I want to lose about 30 pounds (I am 165) my height is 5″2 and I run my sisters treadmill, play outside with friends, and play basketball. I want some food suggestions to eat please, and maybe a lil work out ideas?
And for the food ideas I am a vegetarian, and kinda strict and I don’t eat eggs, and I drink almond milk, but still some cheese.

Oh and if you’re a trainer, shouldn’t you be nice to clients and respect their choices? Pigs get killed right when born sometimes, cows get taken away from their mother, and male chickens are often slaughtered when they aren’t useful to give you food. Thank you for not being rude :/diety

For a good workout I would run/walk the treadmill forĀ 30 minutes. The best thing to do is intervals. Try 5 minutes at a pace like 5.0 and then 2 minutes at a pace like 8.0 and so on. And then I would do the stair master. It’s a fast way to burn off some calories and it helps build leg and butt muscles ! I burn rakishly 500 calories on the stair master for 30 minutes. As for food try to stay away from red meats, noodle soup, etc. it stores fat for a longer time. For breakfast I was gonna say eat egg whites and oatmeal. But you don’t eat eggs so yeah. You can have tuna fish. Has a good source of protein with little carbs. That’s what you want to aim for. Less carbs then protein.

Not to be rude but if you were truly a vegetarian and your doing all this playing and excercising how the hell are you over weight?

First thing I could suggest for you is stop lying to yourself and then buckle down and get serious.
For diet I recommend you cut the vegetarian crap and wat like God created us to
Breakfast eat a yogurt
Lunch 3 slices of turkey on a sandwich one slice of American cheese and mustard
Dinner grilled chicken breast 1 cup of rice and small salad with light dressing
Now don’t lie to yourself an don’t cheat I gaurantee you this will work
For excercises try to get in a gym but if you can’t cuz of your age it’s fine make sure you spend out side playing alot of activities keep on with the treadmill
And start doing push ups an sit ups
And do squats and leg raises
